You can now enjoy a soothing steam bath in our newly renovated spa area. Experience moist heat with temperatures around 40–45°C (104–113°F) — perfect if you want relaxation without the intense heat of a sauna. The high humidity opens your pores, stimulates blood circulation, and provides a feeling of total well-being. Ideal after exercise, a long day, or as part of a spa experience.

We dare to say that this might be Western Norway's most stunning location for a small gym.
In a glass cube on the rooftop terrace, you can work out while enjoying the breathtaking sea view.

Sauna with stunning views
The temperature is a comfortable 75-80°C. The sauna is built in the authentic Finnish style, with the stove strategically placed in the center of the room to give the feeling of sitting around a fire.

Unique indoor solarium
Close your eyes and feel the healing rays give you new energy and soothing warmth.
The sunlight comes from special lamps that are completely safe, with no harmful UV rays. One hour in the solarium is equivalent to 20 minutes of natural sunlight. The light gives your skin a healthy glow, and there’s no need for sunscreen. Sunglasses are not recommended, as the light has a positive effect on your well-being.
