Terms and Conditions for Bookings at Panorama Hotell & Resort AS

  1. Validity of the Price Agreement The agreed prices are binding for both parties. However, Panorama Hotell & Resort AS (hereafter referred to as Panorama) reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in costs from increased taxes and fees or other circumstances beyond Panorama's control.
  2. Cancellation of Hotel Rooms (Applies only if you have booked a refundable room) Cancellations made after 24 hours before the guaranteed check-in time (arrival day at 15:00) will be charged at full price. All cancellations and changes must be communicated to Panorama in writing to be valid.
  3. Cancellation of Rorbusuite Cancellations made within 14 days before the arrival date will be charged at full price. All cancellations and changes must be communicated to Panorama in writing to be valid. (This point does not apply to package prices or bookings longer than 4 days; see point 4)
  4. Cancellation of Packages/Holiday Packages/Summer Packages Bookings over 4 days Cancellations made within 30 days before the arrival date will be charged 50% of the total price. Cancellations made within 14 days before the arrival date will be charged at full price.
  5. Hotel Rooms Check-in for hotel rooms is guaranteed from 15:00. Hotel rooms can be used until 11:00 on the departure day. On Sundays, check-out is at 12:00.
  6. Alcohol Service Panorama is licensed to serve beer, wine, and spirits until 00:00. According to current alcohol legislation, it is not permitted to consume brought alcohol in Panorama's premises. The hotel's outdoor area beyond the licensed zone is considered a public place where alcohol consumption is not allowed.
  7. Force Majeure Events beyond Panorama's control - such as strikes, lockouts, fires, weather conditions, lack of deliveries, etc. - give Panorama the right to terminate the agreement without liability for compensation.
  8. Pets Pets are not allowed in hotel rooms or in the hotel's common areas.
  9. Liability for Damage The guest, or the person who books the room, is responsible for damage to the room or dirtiness beyond normal, caused by negligence or improper behavior. We remind you that Panorama Hotell & Resort is a non-smoking hotel. In case of violation, the hotel will charge compensation for extra cleaning of the room. This compensation is set at NOK 1,500 and will be debited from the final bill or invoiced after the stay to the guest responsible for the room.
  10. Complaints For any complaints to be considered, they must be presented as soon as the opportunity arises.
  11. Confirmation The guest accepts the above conditions and the contents of the accompanying confirmation.
