Salmon from Sotra
Smoked in Our Own Smokehouse
We source our salmon from Sotra Sjømat and smoke it in our own smokehouse. Through a slow and careful smoking process, the salmon develops the rich flavour and distinctive character that have made it a favourite among many of our guests.
The result is a product we are proud to serve, crafted with respect for both the ingredient and the traditional craftsmanship behind it.

Enjoy a complete evening with a traditional buffet and great music. Everything is arranged so you can simply enjoy the evening and the weekend.
Price for the Christmas buffet incl. live music/DJ: NOK 1,295 per person.

Breakfast with a View
Start your day with a delicious breakfast overlooking the sea, surrounded by beautiful coastal scenery. Breakfast is usually served as a buffet, while on quieter days we offer a carefully prepared breakfast plate.
Breakfast is included for all staying guests.

This ensures a great dining experience with us. If you book later, we will of course accommodate you as far as capacity allows, but the menu may be more limited in some cases.
We prioritise guests staying at the hotel, but when availability allows, we are happy to welcome outside guests as well. Please feel free to contact us, and we will be glad to check availability for you.
