When do I need to pay?
- If you have not paid at the time of booking, we ask that you payy upon check-in.
Do you have any offers available ?
- We have special offers during selected periods. By subscribing to our newsletter, you will be informed about our current offers.
Can I have visitors in my room?
- Visitors who are not staying at the hotel are welcome until 11:00 PM. For safety reasons, visitors are not permitted in the rooms after this time.
Is smoking allowed at Panorama?
- Panorama is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Smoking in the room will result in a fee.
Check-in, Check-out & Stay
What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM
- Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.
Can I check in earlier or check out later?
- Early check-in and late check-out may be possible by prior arrangement. An additional fee may apply, and availability cannot be guaranteed.
Can I bring my dog?
- Yes, we have selected rooms and suites where pets are allowed. Please contact reception if you would like to bring your pet.
Food & Drinks
Do I need to make a table reservation?
- Yes, even if you are staying with us, you need to make a table reservation.
Can I make a table reservation without staying at the hotel?
- Generally, no. However, if you contact us 1–2 weeks in advance, we can consider your request depending on availability.
I have allergies. How do you handle this?
- You can add a note to your booking through My Page. Alternatively, you can let us know when you check in.
What do you serve in the evening?
- We serve a three-course dinner menu of the day. The menu for the day will be displayed on a screen in the restaurant.
Panorama Spa
Can I visit Panorama Spa without staying at the hotel?
- The spa is an exclusive facility available only to staying guests.
Are children allowed in Panorama Spa?
- Yes, children are welcome every day until 6:00 PM.
When is Panorama Spa open?
- The spa is open from 7:00 AM to midnight.
Can I use the spa if I have booked a massage?
- Yes, guests who have booked a massage can continue their wellness experience in the spa.
When is the spa busiest and quietest?
- The spa is usually busiest on Friday and Saturday afternoons, as well as Sunday mornings. On weekdays, it is generally quieter in the mornings.
Brewery & Beer tasting
Can I book a beer tasting without staying at the hotel?
- Beer tastings are reserved for groups staying at the hotel.
When is the brewery cellar open?
- The brewery cellar is not open to the public unless it has been booked for a beer tasting or for a private event or meeting in the same venue.
Location, Directions & Transportation
What is the easiest way to get to Panorama?
- By car or taxi. There is also a bus service, but the bus stops approximately 1.6 km from the hotel, so this is not the recommended way to get to us.
How do I find my way to Panorama Hotel & Resort?
- Panorama Hotel & Resort is located approximately 36 km from Bergen city centre, about a 40-minute drive. Follow National Road 555 towards Sotra and Straume. After the Kolltveit Tunnel, follow the signs towards Klokkarvik. Continue until you see the sign for Panorama Hotel & Resort at the exit onto County Road 153, approximately 1.6 km from the hotel.

How do I get started if I am planning an event or wedding?
- Contact our wedding planner for a no-obligation consultation. We can then arrange a tour of the venue and put together an offer tailored to your event.
Can I book an event without accommodation?
- Unfortunately, we do not accept event bookings without a minimum number of rooms booked.
